The additives selected by Extruflex’ Compounding department give PVC specific properties that increase its strength and durability for the manufacture of door strips, swing doors and flexible rapid roll doors.

Strip doors are a model of efficiency for a reduced cost: total flexibility for the movement of people and vehicles, insulation against cold and air currents. Total visibility for safety, protection against splashing liquids and solids. Long life, possibility of partial replacement.

This is for example the best solution for loading and unloading trucks without door manipulation and without breaking the cold chain.

Swing doors are an effective and affordable solution for controlling temperature and humidity. They protect against noise and fumes and are very resistant to impact. Traffic flows are facilitated and secured by the transparency of Extruflex PVC.

High speed doors are the ideal closing device for a controlled opening  (photo unit, remote control, induction loop, radar ...). They allow high speed traffic and are a very effective protection against dust and noise. They offer a nearly perfect panoramic transparency.

The insulation performance of soft PVC is directly related to its thickness. The thicker, the more efficient. For the best protection possible, choosing the right thickness saves costs and resources while increasing user comfort.
