Tension on supplies

For the last 6 months, the French plastic industry has been  warning about worrying price increases of raw materials. In a note dated January 13th of 2011, the French plastic federation has informed that "A new wave of raw material price increases of 10% has been hitting industrials: they should pass it on to the market without any delay".
